• Timeliness is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Pre-order & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian pre-order/direct shipment. Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original factory or agent warranty, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing Order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada will prevail. In case of significant changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, our shop will handle the situation as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. • Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
