In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Personal Shopper Service & Local Warranty: This product is a personal shopper/direct shipping item from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, nor does our store provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
