Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timelines are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Pre-order & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian pre-order/direct shipment. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We also do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting.
