• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Goods are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our shop will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Pre-order & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada pre-order/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may arise due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygienic Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
