• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability of goods, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian concierge/direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. • Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and sealing are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.

• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt; in case of incorrect goods, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizes, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
