Especially suited to the canning and preserving season, this warm, aromatic blend is ideal for dill pickles, ferments, and krauts, adding depth and complexity to your seasonal preparations. For dill pickles, add approximately 1 teaspoon per jar, along with fresh dill and garlic. For ferments or krauts, use the same amount per jar and combine with additional herbs, spices, and vegetables to suit your recipe.
