Our Organic Cardamom Pods are grown on a small scale, family owned farm in Honduras. Sweet, aromatic, and gently citrusy, these whole green pods offer a complex flavour that enhances both sweet and savoury dishes. Our organic cardamom is hand harvested, non-irradiated, and non-GMO, and carefully handled to preserve its natural oils and rich aroma.
