⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Agency Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipment from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Agency Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is an agency purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranties. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to individual body types, footwear models, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size charts, and usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up based on individual circumstances. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
