Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase / direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.

In case of incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
