• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timelines: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase/proxy. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Sizing, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. • Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
