⚠️ Terms for Direct Canadian Sourcing and Procurement (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Canadian Sourcing and Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Lead Time: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/sourced directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian suppliers, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Exterior: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless there is a quality issue) once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Receiving Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are errors in shipment, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
