"Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other factors beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will follow up accordingly.
• Personal Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase / direct delivery item. Unless explicitly stated in writing on the product page, no Hong Kong local manufacturer or distributor warranty is provided, nor does our store offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
