⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are arranged via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences may arise due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or after the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the goods. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has transit damage that affects the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up based on the individual case. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
