• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact and follow up according to the situation.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and details before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle it according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange (unless quality issues exist) once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive the goods; in case of wrong shipment, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is wrongly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
