⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty is provided in Hong Kong, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange (unless there is a quality issue) once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
