⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Sourcing & Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase/import from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranties, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or have shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
